I've been looking forward to this wedding for awhile. If you look back at earlier blog posts, you'll see Mary Clara and Travis's wedding. Rosie is Mary Clara's sister, so I already knew what kind of vibe I was going to get from this family, and it's a good one.
Rosie loves Nick. Nick loves Rosie. It's plain as day when you're around them, so capturing their love was the easy part.
I mean look them.
Ok let's dive in!
Are you kidding me with this dress?? It's stunning!
The energy as soon as I got to the getting-ready condo was electric.
Look at these sleeves!!
It has pockets!
Getting ready to see dad and brothers for the first time. This, among many other moments, about had me crying.
Look at dad's face!
Rosie and Nick didn't see each other until the ceremony, but they did exchange letters and a first touch beforehand.
I think Nick was crying before Rosie even came out into the atrium.
Another moment where I almost cried!
They're married!
The first spot we took photos was in Rosie's parents garage which is one of the coolest places. A jukebox, disco ball, twinkly lights, a bar, retro furniture, it's got it all.
No photo will ever do this dress justice.
Had to stop for a quick drink at The Peanut!
I almost photoshopped out the car in background, but part of the fun of this bridge was yelling "game off!" and "game on!" every time a car came by.
The reception was held at Feasts of Fancy in The Hobbs building in the Westbottoms.
Vintage glassware and table clothes went perfectly with their colors and Rosie's dress.
Nick is a 10/10 dipper.
Party time!
They certainly know how to throw a party!
